Worked on semantic 3D Mapping, Vision Language Models, Visual SLAMs, Lidar SLAMs algorithms and on multi-sensor data fusion using GNSS, stereo cameras, and LIDAR.

Deployed AI-based camera modules for Sony Android devices and developed mock models for benchmarking on Qualcomm hardware.

Ported custom neural networks onto FPGA, optimized neural networks using CEVA LiteML, and carried out performance benchmarking for real-world applications.
Developed a LiDAR-Camera Sensor Fusion framework that integrates sensor fusion, traditional 3D Mapping, odometry, image processing and semantic segmentation to generate a 3D Map for inland waterway environments like canals and rivers. Designed a predictive maintenance system for railways using deep learning and IR depth cameras to identify faults in joint bars along tracks.
Led deployment of AI modules on Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets for applications like image super-resolution, object detection, and white balance correction.
Analyzed traffic flow on multilane highways using machine learning models and custom datasets.
Implemented ROS packages for collision avoidance and path requests for a welding tip mounted on a UR10e cobot at RWTH Aachen University.
